🌿 SUKKOT DAY 4

Theme: “The Light of His Presence”

🤲🏻 Opening Prayer

Baruch Ata YHVH, our Elohim, Sovereign of the heavens and the earth. Thank You for awakening us to a new day within this Feast of Booths. May Your light shine upon us and Your truth lead us. Let Your presence illuminate our path as we walk in Your Torah. Baruch YHVH.

🍷 Communion

As we share the bread and the cup, we remember Yahusha HaMashiach - the Light of the world, who dwells within us. In this covenant meal, we partake of His life, His truth, and His covering. May His light cleanse our hearts and draw us nearer to His presence.

📖 Message

As the Feast unfolds, each day deepens our understanding of YHVH’s dwelling among His people. On this fourth day, the theme of light and presence shines forth. The sukkah reminds us that we are not abandoned in darkness, for His light abides with us.

“For You are my lamp, O YHVH, and YHVH makes my darkness light.”
- Shemu’el Bĕt 22:29 (YAH Scriptures)

When the world grows dim and truth is hidden, those who dwell in His Presence become bearers of His light. Sukkot is not only about dwelling - it is about shining. As Yisra’el followed the pillar of fire by night, so we follow Yahusha, the Living Light.

“Again therefore Yahusha spoke to them, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall by no means walk in darkness, but possess the light of life.’”
- Yoḥanan 8:12 (YAH Scriptures)

To dwell in His presence is to walk in His illumination. The sukkah’s thin walls let the light of the heavens through, reminding us that divine light cannot be contained. The joy of Sukkot is not found in possessions but in revelation - the joy of knowing that His Spirit lights our inner lamp.

“YHVH is my light and my deliverance; whom should I fear? YHVH is the refuge of my life; whom should I dread?”
- Tehillim 27:1 (YAH Scriptures)

We are called to carry His light in the darkness of this age. As the nations stumble, the remnant shines brighter, for YHVH’s glory is rising upon His people.

“Arise, shine, for your light has come! And the esteem of YHVH has risen upon you. For look, darkness covers the earth, and thick darkness the peoples. But YHVH arises over you, and His esteem is seen upon you.”
- Yeshayahu 60:1-2 (YAH Scriptures)

Let this day be one of renewal - that our hearts be like clean lamps, filled with oil, trimmed, and burning brightly for the coming King.

🤲🏻 Closing Prayer

Baruch Ata YHVH, our Light and our Salvation. Thank You for revealing Your presence through Your Word and Your Spirit. May Your light never fade from our hearts, and may we shine as witnesses of Your truth. Let our sukkah and our lives reflect Your glory. Baruch YHVH.

🕎 Shema

“Hear, O Yisra’ĕl: YHVH is our Elohim, YHVH is one.
And you shall love YHVH your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might.
And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart.
And you shall teach them diligently to your children,
And you shall speak of them when you sit in your house,
And when you walk by the way,
And when you lie down,
And when you rise up.
- Devarim 6:4-9 (YAH Scriptures)

🔥 Blessing

“YHVH bless you, and keep you;
YHVH make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you;
YHVH lift up His face upon you, and give you peace.”
- Bemiḏbar 6:24-26 (YAH Scriptures)

Until tomorrow. Shalom!
